Phreesia

 

Mountain Valleys Health Centers has recently partnered with Phreesia, a patient intake software system.  We are excited to announce that we are now offering you the option to check in on your own device before your appointment.

 

Mobile registration streamlines your arrival at our office by allowing you to check in on your own device using a link sent to you in an email or text message, either prior to your visit or when you arrive at your MVHC clinic. 

 

When you call to schedule your appointment, a MVHC team member will confirm your current email address and mobile phone number.  During registration, depending on what your visit is for, Phreesia will ask you various questions, including health history, insurance information, and other basic demographic information.  After this you are all set! No more sitting in the lobby filling out paperwork, yay!

Phreesia also has the capability to allow us to send you messages regarding your appointment. It is important to read your Phreesia updates as there will be times that we might need you to come in early, or your medical provider may be asking for additional information from you.  You can also respond back to us in Phreesia by simply responding to original message that you received. 

 

MVHC has had numerous requests for online bill pay, and Phreesia allows our patients to make payments via the registration link. You will be given an option of paying by Credit Card through Phreesia or paying in the office. If your insurance card is on file, you will be able to see your potential co-pay, all previous payments made, and an invoice for how much money is owed.

For our patient’s that do not have access to a mobile phone or computer, we have tablets available for your use, or can also provide you with paper forms at your request.
